I love this blend. It has been helpful emotionally and physically.
I’ve had severe back pains and this was the only essential oils I had left and decided to give it a try for some relief and it helped. Rubbed it on my pain areas and rested. It worked like magic.
Yesterday I used it (a some prayer) to soothe cramps by rubbing it on pain areas and inhaling it and it relieved my pain.
When I’m upset sometimes I don’t even rub it on I just inhale it with a few deep inhales and exhales and I get an instant pick me up that lasts!

I love, love, love the scent to the grounding blend roller. The smell relaxes me and make me feel very calm. It takes my mind off negative BS I'm going through right now. I prefer putting it on at night, after a hot shower. It also help me sleep. I would love it as a bar soap or shower gel, or lotin. That's just how much I love the scent. If 10 stars were available, that's what I would rate it. Great job Dreka!!
