Ordering
Please verify all order details prior to placing an order. If you notice an error after placing your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we will be able to correct addresses or any order details before the order is shipped.
Shipping
Orders are processed in 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday). After processing, orders need an additional 2-5 business days for delivery.
We are not responsible for carrier or custom delays, or lost packages.
If there are any issues with the delivery or contents of your package, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package.
Any packages returned due to incorrect address will be refunded, less shipping charges.
***Please be advised that during summer months when temperatures reach 80 degrees and higher, some solid products, including candles, that contain natural oils may begin to melt when exposed to high temperatures for a prolonged period. Please make sure to follow your tracking to assure your package does not remain outside once delivered, to minimize prolonged exposure to heat. We are not liable for melted products. If any of your solid products have begun to liquify, keep them right side up and allow them to cool back to room temperature in a cool environment.
Customs/Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes.
Returns
