Ordering & Shipping

Please verify all order details prior to placing and order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that all order details are correct before submitting. We cannot guarantee we will be able to correct addresses or any order details before the order is shipped. Please make sure that the billing address you provide matches the billing address your payment provider has on file, or your order will be cancelled. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is provided as the shipping address for your order, your order will be cancelled.

Orders placed will ship within 1-3 business days; may take up to 7 business days during restocks and new product launches. 

Digital Downloads are fulfilled automatically upon checkout. 

We are not responsible for carrier or custom delays, or lost packages. 

Any packages returned due to incorrect address will be refunded, minus shipping charges. 

If there are any issues with the delivery or contents of your package, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package. 

Customs/Import Taxes 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes.
